Student ID Cards

Please apply for your Student ID Card in plenty of time so you have it before you get to campus. You'll need it to access the residential colleges and other areas of UNE campus.

All available accommodation options are student style rooms and are single occupancy only. All rooms have shared bathroom and shared kitchen facilities and are in college buildings with students around.

We are unable to cater for couples, families or pets.

If our student accommodation options do not suit your circumstances we recommend you book alternative accommodation in Armidale as early as possible. Please be aware that Armidale can often be hosting some significant sporting events and activities at the same time as UNE intensives. Therefore accommodation options may be limited. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Cancellation Policy for Short Stays

If you need to cancel or amend a booking you have already made, please complete the Cancellation or Amendment form through AskUNE.

The following cancellation fees apply to full or part cancellations of bookings:

At least three working days notice given - no cancellation fee
Less than three working days notice - 1 night's accommodation charge
No notification received - full charges apply

Refunds for any unused nights at the end of your stay can only be processed if your intensive school finishes earlier than scheduled. In such a case, cancellation through the above form must be submitted before departure or at check out.
