Each year, UNE hosts intensive schools that bring students to campus. When college rooms are available, bookings open in the month leading up to each intensive school period.
2026 Short Stay Nightly Rates
Single occupancy rooms with linen, bedding and towel included. Meals, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils not included.
Minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights.
All rooms have shared bathroom and kitchen facilities and are in college buildings with students around.
We cannot cater for couples, families or pets.
If our student accommodation options do not suit your circumstances we recommend you book alternative accommodation in Armidale as early as possible.

Group Bookings
Looking to bring a group to campus? UNE Colleges offer comfortable, affordable accommodation for groups visiting Armidale. We offer accommodation for school excursions, sporting teams, and University events and conferences. Visit our Group Booking information page for request forms.
Last Minute Bookings
The Residential Administration Office is open Monday to Friday, between 9am and 4:30pm (AEST/AEDST). The office is not open on weekends or public holidays. Outside of these hours, room allocations do not take place.
Student ID Cards
Please apply for your Student ID Card early so you have it before you get to campus. You'll use it to access the residential colleges and other areas of UNE campus.
